Across TCGA cell cohorts, LYAR RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,665 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LYAR-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Maturation of SSU-rRNA, Ribosomal small subunit biogenesis, and Maturation of LSU-rRNA. Each is linked with LYAR in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYAR-to-partner and partner-to-LYAR results are reported.
