Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, LYAR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LYAR-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMIM23, CSHL1, and PIRT. Each is linked with LYAR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYAR-to-partner and partner-to-LYAR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SMIM23 grouped by LYAR-low versus LYAR-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LYAR→partner) and Y-score (partner→LYAR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
