The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher LY96 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LY96 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV and SKCM show a favorable association.
COAD, CESC, and OV are the cancer types where LY96 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
