Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LY86 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,077 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LY86-associated genes across cancer lineages are VSIG4, CYTH4, and CRYBB1. Each is linked with LY86 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LY86-to-partner and partner-to-LY86 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LY86 versus VSIG4 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LY86→partner) and Y-score (partner→LY86) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
