Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LY86 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LY86-associated genes across cancer lineages are Rictor_pT1135, Tuberin, and eIF4E. Each is linked with LY86 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LY86-to-partner and partner-to-LY86 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Rictor_pT1135 grouped by LY86-low versus LY86-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LY86→partner) and Y-score (partner→LY86) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
