The most reproducible LY86-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of protein-containing complex assembly, Positive regulation of RNA polymerase II transcription preinitiation complex assembly, and Cellular response to parathyroid hormone stimulus. Each is linked with LY86 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LY86-to-partner and partner-to-LY86 results are reported.
