Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LY75-CD302 RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LY75-CD302 data layer compared with 1 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher LY75-CD302 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LY75-CD302 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and LUAD show a favorable association.

SKCM, ACC, and MESO are the cancer types where LY75-CD302 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
