LY6K

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LY6K RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,044 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LY6K-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are L-proline biosynthetic process, Binding of sperm to zona pellucida, and Caveola assembly. Each is linked with LY6K in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LY6K-to-partner and partner-to-LY6K results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, L-proline biosynthetic process grouped by LY6K-low versus LY6K-high in SARC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LY6K→partner) and Y-score (partner→LY6K) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
