Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LY6K protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 368 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LY6K-associated genes across cancer lineages are LPIN1, PLEK2, and FERMT1. Each is linked with LY6K in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LY6K-to-partner and partner-to-LY6K results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LY6K versus LPIN1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LY6K→partner) and Y-score (partner→LY6K) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
