The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher LY6H Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LY6H expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM are the cancer types where LY6H Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
