Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LXN Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LXN data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher LXN Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LXN expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KIRC, HNSC, and COAD are the cancer types where LXN Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
