Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LUZP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,804 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LUZP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAGE2A, FAM133A, and MDGA2. Each is linked with LUZP4 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LUZP4-to-partner and partner-to-LUZP4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LUZP4 versus GAGE2A in KIRP, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LUZP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→LUZP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
