Across TCGA patient cohorts, LUZP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,424 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LUZP4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of microtubule polymerization or depolymerization, Regulation of chromosome organization, and Mitotic cytokinesis. Each is linked with LUZP4 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LUZP4-to-partner and partner-to-LUZP4 results are reported.
