LUZP4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LUZP4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,338 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LUZP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PANK4, VDAC2, and SAAL1. Each is linked with LUZP4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LUZP4-to-partner and partner-to-LUZP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PANK4 grouped by LUZP4-low versus LUZP4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LUZP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→LUZP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
