LUZP4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LUZP4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LUZP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are EQTN, CFC1B, and TMEM252. Each is linked with LUZP4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LUZP4-to-partner and partner-to-LUZP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EQTN grouped by LUZP4-low versus LUZP4-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LUZP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→LUZP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
