Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LUZP2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LUZP2 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher LUZP2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LUZP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as COAD show a favorable association.
OV, LUSC, and COAD are the cancer types where LUZP2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
