LUZP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LUZP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,849 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LUZP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DAPK3, FSCN1, and PDLIM5. Each is linked with LUZP1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LUZP1-to-partner and partner-to-LUZP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LUZP1 versus DAPK3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LUZP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LUZP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
