Across TCGA patient cohorts, LUZP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,086 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LUZP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ENTPD1, CALHM5, and TIMP3. Each is linked with LUZP1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LUZP1-to-partner and partner-to-LUZP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LUZP1 versus ENTPD1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
