Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LUZP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,708 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LUZP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTA2, PANK4, and MARS1. Each is linked with LUZP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LUZP1-to-partner and partner-to-LUZP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTA2 grouped by LUZP1-low versus LUZP1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LUZP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LUZP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
