Across TCGA patient cohorts, LUZP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 59 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LUZP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, GAPDH, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with LUZP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LUZP1-to-partner and partner-to-LUZP1 results are reported.
