Across TCGA cell cohorts, LUZP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,555 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LUZP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to oscillatory fluid shear stress, Cellular response to oscillatory fluid shear stress, and Vascular endothelial cell response to oscillatory fluid shear stress. Each is linked with LUZP1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LUZP1-to-partner and partner-to-LUZP1 results are reported.
