LUZP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LUZP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 207 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LUZP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF479, LIM2, and LCE2A. Each is linked with LUZP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LUZP1-to-partner and partner-to-LUZP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF479 grouped by LUZP1-low versus LUZP1-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LUZP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LUZP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
