Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LURAP1L Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LURAP1L data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher LURAP1L Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LURAP1L expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SCLC show a favorable association.
LUAD, LIHC, and UCEC are the cancer types where LURAP1L Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
