Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LURAP1L mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LURAP1L data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC), where higher LURAP1L mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LURAP1L expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PDAC and UCEC show a favorable association.

LSCC, PDAC, and UCEC are the cancer types where LURAP1L mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
