LURAP1L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LURAP1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,754 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LURAP1L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IL33, MLPH, and SRPK1_S311. Each is linked with LURAP1L in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LURAP1L-to-partner and partner-to-LURAP1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LURAP1L versus IL33 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LURAP1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→LURAP1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
