LUM

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LUM RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,754 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LUM-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CALD1, COL3A1, and FLNA_T2336. Each is linked with LUM in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LUM-to-partner and partner-to-LUM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LUM versus CALD1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LUM→partner) and Y-score (partner→LUM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
