Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LUM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,607 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LUM-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4445, RNA5SP146, and MIR4643. Each is linked with LUM in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LUM-to-partner and partner-to-LUM results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4445 grouped by LUM-low versus LUM-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LUM→partner) and Y-score (partner→LUM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
