Across TCGA cell cohorts, LUM RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,910 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LUM-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of amyloid-beta clearance, Vesicle cargo loading, and Maintenance of protein location. Each is linked with LUM in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LUM-to-partner and partner-to-LUM results are reported.
