LUC7L3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LUC7L3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,388 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LUC7L3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PHF12, FNBP4, and NAA40. Each is linked with LUC7L3 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LUC7L3-to-partner and partner-to-LUC7L3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LUC7L3 versus PHF12 in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LUC7L3→partner) and Y-score (partner→LUC7L3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
