Across TCGA cell cohorts, LUC7L3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,496 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LUC7L3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Spliceosomal complex assembly, Co-transcriptional RNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway, and mRNA splice site recognition. Each is linked with LUC7L3 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LUC7L3-to-partner and partner-to-LUC7L3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Spliceosomal complex assembly grouped by LUC7L3-low versus LUC7L3-high in LUNG_SCLC.
