Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LUC7L2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LUC7L2 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher LUC7L2 mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LUC7L2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as COAD and PDAC show a favorable association.

COAD, PDAC, and HNSC are the cancer types where LUC7L2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
