LUC7L2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LUC7L2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,385 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LUC7L2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GTF2I, WASL, and TRIM24. Each is linked with LUC7L2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LUC7L2-to-partner and partner-to-LUC7L2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LUC7L2 versus GTF2I in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LUC7L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LUC7L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
