LUC7L2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LUC7L2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LUC7L2-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, GAPDH, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with LUC7L2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LUC7L2-to-partner and partner-to-LUC7L2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR_pY1068 grouped by LUC7L2-low versus LUC7L2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LUC7L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LUC7L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
