Across TCGA patient cohorts, LUC7L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,921 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LUC7L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CASP10, CSTA, and MAZ. Each is linked with LUC7L in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LUC7L-to-partner and partner-to-LUC7L results are reported.
