Across TCGA patient cohorts, LUC7L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,959 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LUC7L-associated genes across cancer lineages are AXIN1, SNRNP25, and TEDC2. Each is linked with LUC7L in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LUC7L-to-partner and partner-to-LUC7L results are reported.
