Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LUC7L mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LUC7L-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, PCNA, and Tuberin_pT1462. Each is linked with LUC7L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LUC7L-to-partner and partner-to-LUC7L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by LUC7L-low versus LUC7L-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LUC7L→partner) and Y-score (partner→LUC7L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
