Across TCGA cell cohorts, LUC7L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,004 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LUC7L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA double-strand break processing involved in repair via single-strand annealing, Double-strand break repair via single-strand annealing, and Negative regulation of centrosome duplication. Each is linked with LUC7L in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LUC7L-to-partner and partner-to-LUC7L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DNA double-strand break processing involved in repair via single-strand annealing grouped by LUC7L-low versus LUC7L-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
