LTV1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LTV1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,692 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LTV1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SYNCRIP, WTAP, and VTA1. Each is linked with LTV1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LTV1-to-partner and partner-to-LTV1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LTV1 versus SYNCRIP in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LTV1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LTV1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
