Across TCGA cell cohorts, LTV1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,178 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LTV1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosomal small subunit export from nucleus, Ribosomal small subunit biogenesis, and Ribosome biogenesis. Each is linked with LTV1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LTV1-to-partner and partner-to-LTV1 results are reported.
