LTO1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LTO1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,638 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LTO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAD9A, KDM2A, and METTL3. Each is linked with LTO1 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LTO1-to-partner and partner-to-LTO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LTO1 versus RAD9A in UCS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LTO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LTO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
