LTO1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LTO1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,077 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LTO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDUFAF4P2, ZNRF2P2, and GAPDHP27. Each is linked with LTO1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LTO1-to-partner and partner-to-LTO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LTO1 versus NDUFAF4P2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LTO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LTO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
