LTO1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LTO1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LTO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSK-3_pS9, GSK-3a-b_pS21_S9, and MEK1. Each is linked with LTO1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LTO1-to-partner and partner-to-LTO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GSK-3_pS9 grouped by LTO1-low versus LTO1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LTO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LTO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
