Across TCGA patient cohorts, LTN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,555 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LTN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MORC3, GAPT_S74, and GART. Each is linked with LTN1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LTN1-to-partner and partner-to-LTN1 results are reported.
