LTN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LTN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,980 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LTN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDUFA8, EMC6, and PSRC1. Each is linked with LTN1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LTN1-to-partner and partner-to-LTN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LTN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LTN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
