Across TCGA cell cohorts, LTN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,407 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LTN1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of organelle assembly, Regulation of translational initiation, and Protein sumoylation. Each is linked with LTN1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LTN1-to-partner and partner-to-LTN1 results are reported.
