Across TCGA patient cohorts, LTC4S mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LTC4S-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-439P, NPM1P10, and A2ML1-AS2. Each is linked with LTC4S in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LTC4S-to-partner and partner-to-LTC4S results are reported.
