LTC4S

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LTC4S protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,975 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LTC4S-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNN2, RRAS, and CCN2. Each is linked with LTC4S in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LTC4S-to-partner and partner-to-LTC4S results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LTC4S→partner) and Y-score (partner→LTC4S) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
