Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LTBR Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LTBR data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher LTBR Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LTBR expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
MESO and SKCM are the cancer types where LTBR Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
