LTBR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LTBR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,316 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LTBR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MLF2, FKBP4, and NOP2. Each is linked with LTBR in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LTBR-to-partner and partner-to-LTBR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LTBR versus MLF2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LTBR→partner) and Y-score (partner→LTBR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
