Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LTBR protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,190 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LTBR-associated genes across cancer lineages are FLT3, SYNE3, and RASGRP2. Each is linked with LTBR in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LTBR-to-partner and partner-to-LTBR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LTBR versus FLT3 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LTBR→partner) and Y-score (partner→LTBR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
